The prices were astonishingly low compared to what I was quoted by my regular dentist and the final results exceeded my expectations. Also, Dr. Rosa is so nice and warm and did a great job.

This time around, I didnt feel it necessary to bring anybody along with me, because I felt that I was already in the care of the family. Thank you!!!! In fact, I was pleasantly surprised when they had me prepped, numbed, extracted, bone grafted, and two molar implants placed in less than 1 hour! When coming from out of country, time is important. Alejandra was still able to work everything out for me within the duration of my trip, re-arranging my transportation from the airport, my consultation, and everything.
After a thorough examination and a pano and CT-scan, the very professional staff (all female) showed me what they found in their examination for phase 1 of getting implants of which I needed more than anticipated. they have good prices and there are no hidden surprises later.
What really helped being in a foreign country without transportation or language skills was the personal service, with staff going with us to transport us to and from appointments, pharmacies, xrays etc. You are definitely in good hands at Goodness Dental in Costa Rica.

Dr Prado has a really good reputation, and the recovery retreat where I've stayed a couple of times refer their patients to Dr Vargas. Language is not an issue as they all speak very good English. The day after the surgery, I was nervous about one side being much more swollen than the other and she got right back with me to ease my worries.
